Service Description

Adolescence and early adulthood can be a time of significant change, growth, and challenge. I currently offer therapy for your people aged 11 years and above, providing a safe, confidential space where you can talk opening about whatever is on your mind – free from judgement or pressure. You may not quite know what it is that is challenging for you or what your emotions mean. Together we can explore your emotions, worries, and experiences at your own pace.
