Hello
I am a fully qualified counsellor/psychotherapist. I work integratively which means I use different approaches and theory based on your individual need. This includes both Person Centred and Psychodynamic modalities.
Through my experience as a therapist, I have developed the ability to form meaningful connections that allow for a deep and accurate understanding of each individual's unique experience of life. This connection serves as the foundation for a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, grounded in trust, empathy, and mutual respect. From this secure base, we can collaboratively explore strategies and approaches to support your growth and facilitate meaningful progress.
I am guided by you in sessions to work at your pace and in a style that suits you, ensuring that the work is the most effective it can be.
I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges and I feel honoured to have worked with each and every one.
My Story
My path into counselling and psychotherapy has been shaped by a lifelong passion for understanding people and supporting them through life’s challenges. I hold a degree in Psychology, which laid the foundation for my work across various roles supporting children, young people, and families.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in adult treatment programmes for offenders. I have worked in the youth service and with students in schools, supporting those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). These experiences gave me deep insight into the emotional worlds of people, the struggles they face, and the systems around them. It also highlighted how vital it is for individuals—both young and old—to have a safe space where they feel seen, heard, and understood.

Driven by a desire to offer more focused and therapeutic support, I went on to train as a counsellor/psychotherapist. This step allowed me to combine my psychological knowledge and practical experience with a deeper, person-centred approach to emotional healing and growth.

Today, I work with both adults and young people, offering a space where we can explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences together—at your pace and in your own way.
